The 10-Step Process
It is a simple 10-step process to order from our online store:
- Login to our store, or sign up as a new customer.
- Add all the products you want to order to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to the checkout where you will be presented with a list of the products you are ordering, and a subtotal of the cost. (Please note that if you are entitled to Professional or Trade Discounts, the discount will be reflected on your actual invoice that we email you, not in the shopping cart on our store).
- In the comments box provided, write a message if you have any special needs, comments or requests.
- Enter the shipping address and select a method.
- You will be presented with an estimate of the cost of shipping (The email we send when we process the order will contain the actual cost of shipping).
- Enter billing and credit card details (if applicable method of payment).
- Click Place Order.
- You will receive an email notification contatining a copy of your order.
- We will receive your order, which we will process within 1 - 2 days. You will recieve details of your order including any discounts and actual shipping costs, which includes handling. For International orders valued between NZD$250 and NZD$620, an additional NZD$10 Postal Insurance fee applies. Alternatively if you are selecting a different payment method (other than credit card), we will contact you via email with your invoice.
