The CrossCore180®  Rotational Bodyweight Training™ System ® was developed for the US Military to give soldiers the most reliable and versatile fitness system available whether indoors or out.

The CrossCore180® is the only Rotational Bodyweight Trainer™ in the world that utilizes a patent pending lockable pulley system.

  • Insert the magnetic pin to lock the pulley in place when more stable movements are needed.
  • PULL THE PIN™ for rotational movement to really stimulate the core and improve balance.
  • The detachable handles and pulley system work together to allow other forms of resistance to be used such as kettlebells and stretch cords.
  • For pull-ups and knee raises the handle carabiners clip right into the top of the pulley housing.

The CrossCore180®  attaches to most any safe anchor point between 7’ and 11’ high. And when you’re ready to pack it up, the complete system fits into a small carry bag and weighs only about 5 lbs.

Made In The USA, this product is heavy-duty and built to withstand up to approximately 1,000 lbs.

CrossCore180®  Features:

Patent Pending "Locked-N-Loaded" mode fully locks the pulley wheel into "static mode" with the use of a magnetic pin, which greatly adds to the stability of the CrossCore180®  when in use.

The Locked-N-Loaded magnetic pin can be easily removed (Pull The Pin™) at any time and stored at the top of the pulley. Unlocking the pulley puts the CrossCore180®  in "open mode" and allows for more advanced exercises or for freeweights and resistance straps to be used.

Handles clip in at the top of the CrossCore180®  for exercises where the pulley is not needed and handles need to be higher off the ground (such as knee raises and pull ups)

Self leveling handles. The CrossCore180®  Patent Pending pulley system assures the user will never have to re-adjust the height of the handles during an exercise when in "open mode".

Foot cradle padding keeps straps from cutting into the legs and arms when performing certain exercises like knee raises and hamstring curls.These cradles open and close for a snug fit while exercising.

Handles are interchangeable with other cable attachments such as ankle straps, D handles, rope attachments and more.

Rope length can quickly and safely be shortened to any length to add versatility to your exercise routine. Adjustment is only needed on one side!

Counter weights (maximum 50 lbs), such as a Kettlebell or resistance band, can be added to one side to provide resistance on the other. The CrossCore180®  is the only "suspension type" of trainer on the planet to use body weight, freeweight and resistance bands as a means of resistance.

Resistance for most exercises can be increased or decreased in "micro increments" simply by moving the feet forward or backward.

A crossover (same as cable crossover) can be created by spacing two CrossCore180® s about 8’ apart and then using weighted resistance, such as a Kettlebell. This creates an unbelievable workout solution for those situated in isolated areas, such as our Troops.

The built in Door Anchor is included FREE and is always attached to the anchor strap and ready to use at any time. PVC coated so it will not scratch.
Optional Ceiling/Wall Anchor allows user to create an anchor point for the strap when one is not already available. (see instructions for mounting info BEFORE installing)

Take it with you! Your CrossCore180®  can go with you to the park, to the gym, on vacation or wherever you'd like to go for a change of pace and it all fits into a convenient carry bag. Total weight rating is approximately 1,000 lbs. This is a commercial grade piece of equipment and will hold up to whatever you throw at it.

This product is ideal for:

  • Anyone on a budget that needs a total body workout that takes up very little space.
  • The beginner. Don’t be intimidated by the name. TheCrossCore180®  also has a gentle side for those who need it. Because you use your own bodyweight, adjusting the resistance on most exercises is as simple as moving your feet backward or forward. You are able to start with little to no resistance and increase in “micro increments” at your own pace.
  • Rehabilitation patients. Since the CrossCore180®  allows for little or no resistance on many exercises, it may be just what the doctor ordered to get you up and just simply moving around until more resistance via your body weight can eventually come into play. The CrossCore180®  is also a great stretching tool.
  • Persons with disabilities. If you use a wheelchair, the CrossCore180®  may be the affordable and space efficient way for you to start strengthening that upper body again. Many simple exercises can be performed right from a wheelchair. The adjustable strap and portability makes this a very wheelchair friendly solution. Counter weights and resistance bands can be attached to one side giving you endless possibilities and capabilities.
  • Outdoor training enthusiasts. Strap the CrossCore180®  to any sturdy point of attachment such as a pole, beam, tree branch or any place you desire.
  • Sports related training of all kinds. The CrossCore180®  is non sport specific and will make you more flexible, stronger and will greatly improve balance and core strength. If you want to excel in what you do, the CrossCore180®  can greatly help you break through your plateaus.
  • Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and Special Ops. TheCrossCore180®  is rugged, light weight, compact and an extremely effective tool for the entire body that only requires the users body weight. It is made with only top quality and extremely strong components. Overall weight capacity is approx. 1,000 lbs.
  • Group Training Facilities. The CrossCore180®  can be set up quickly to use in any mobile or permanent group training facility.
  • High Schools and Colleges. The CrossCore180®  will teach your students the importance of using proper form while working out, flexibility and the importance of a strong core. Since only body weight is used, the CrossCore180®  is a very safe supplement or alternative to traditional weightlifting programs.

There is risk assumed by individuals who use this type of fitness equipment. It is your responsibility to take proper care of your CrossCore180® Rotational Bodyweight Trainer™.  To minimize risk, please strictly adhere to the following Safety Procedures and Instructions. 

Safety Procedures, instructions & INSTALLATION

  1. Consult your physician or medical doctor before using this or any type of exercise program or fitness regimen.
  2. Inspect the CrossCore180®  daily and before use. Tighten all loose connections/ ropes/ belts/ karabinershandles/ accessories and replace worn parts immediately before any further use of the product(s). Failure to do so may result in injury.
  3. Always attach the CrossCore180®  to a secure, strong and stable anchor point that is able to support a minimum of 300 pounds (136.1 kilos). When using the CrossCore180®  on any piece of fitness equipment (or any object not already permanently attached to the ground, wall, ceiling, etc.), make sure that piece is bolted to the floor or similar permanent anchor point so that it cannot tip. Always perform a weight test to determine the strength/ integrity of your chosen anchor point BEFORE using the CrossCore180® .
  4. Perform exercises in a slow, controlled manner at all times. Always begin with little or no body angle with the locking pin engaged so that pulley will not turn. When locking pin is engaged, do not saw back and forth so as to cause friction to the rope. Doing so can prematurely wear out your rope and cause it to fray.
  5. Wear appropriate fitness/workout clothing suitable for this type of exercise program when using the CrossCore180® .
  6. CrossCore180®  is not a toy nor should it be used as a toy of any sort or kind. Under no circumstances, whatsoever, should children under the age of 13 use or be allowed to use the CrossCore180®  without constant and mindful adult supervision. Children that are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority should only be allowed to use the CrossCore180®  after they have been instructed in its proper usage by an adult and who are supervised by an adult as they use the product.
  7. Make sure when adjusting the length of the rope, or when clipping the handles into the openings in the top of the pulley housing, that all excess rope is completely out of the way of the users body at all times during exercising. The excess rope can usually be restrained using the Velcro tabs of the support strap.
  8. The “Lanyard Hitch” knot described and shown in this manual and as shown in the CrossCore180® DVD should always be present when connecting the rope to the carabiners. This will help to ensure that the unit is properly able to hold its maximum weight load.
  9. When attaching the adjustable pulley strap, make sure to feed end of strap through the back of the buckle ONLY. This is the side opposite to where the cleat opens. Feeding strap through the front (where the cleat opens and is visible) will not allow the cleat to lock in place and WILL NOT hold the user’s weight and may cause the pulley to fall from the point of attachment.
  10. DO NOT use on or near a wet or slippery surface. Be sure of your footing before you begin exercising. Make sure that you have sufficient room, free of encumbrances, in order to perform all physical maneuvers required for proper use of the product(s).
  11. Safeguard the CrossCore180®  from the elements when not in use. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, dampness, inclement or severe weather conditions, extremely cold or hot temperatures and extreme shifts in temperature, can weaken the components of the CrossCore180® 
  12. If using a counter weight, make sure the pulley housing is secured as close to the anchor point as possible. A few inches is preferred. Also, make sure the user or any bystanders are a minimum of six feet away from the resting point of the counter weight at all times while CrossCore180®  is in use. Always exercise in a slow and controlled manner with or without a counter weight. When using a counter weight, do not exceed a 50 lb. maximum. When finished, remove counter weight from CrossCore180® .
  13. CrossCore180®  Wall / Ceiling Anchor Mount
    • Only mount to strong wall or ceiling beams able to bear a minimum weight load of at least 300 lbs (136.1 kilos). If more than one CrossCore180®  Wall / Ceiling Anchor Mount will be attached to a single beam for multiple users, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDS using a
      consulting for installation that will confirm that the combined user weight will not compromise the structural integrity of the beam or attachment points at any time.
    • Each time that you use the product, inspect the CrossCore180®  Wall / Ceiling Anchor Mount and the operable parts of the product in order to ensure that the product is safe for its intended usage. Never use CrossCore180®  on a loose or improperly installed CrossCore180®  Wall / Ceiling Anchor Mount.
    • Installed CrossCore180®  Wall / Ceiling Anchor Mount should be secured completely flush to wall / ceiling with no movement. Carefully perform a weight test prior to using installed CrossCore180®  Wall / Ceiling Anchor Mount.
    • Use a stud finder at several points along stud to be certain of its center.
    • Wood Lag Bolts are NOT meant for installation into Concrete or Steel. Maximum weight load for all persons using the CrossCore180®  Wall / Ceiling Anchor Mount must not exceed 300 lbs.
  14. CrossCore180®  Door Anchor Use and Installation
    • Warning! Do not use the door anchor on sliding doors, glass doors, lightweight closet doors, double doors or doors that have a large gap of a 3 inches or more between door and frame. Make sure that the door cannot be opened without completely turning the door handle. Door anchor can ONLY be used on a strong and solidly constructed door that can support the users total body weight. Make sure not to slam or drop pulley on the door after performing each exercise as this can damage the door.
    • Attach the Door Anchor so that the door opens AWAY from you. This is the most secure setup as your body-weight will pull the door closed. (RECOMMENDED)
      • Put door anchor and strap over the top of the door and centered, close door securely making sure the door handle lock engages.
      • Perform weight test by pulling the strap to make sure door is securely closed and that anchor is secure prior to performing any exercise.
    • Attaching the Anchor with door opening TOWARD you (NOT recommended).
      • Put door anchor and strap over the top of the door and then slide the strap and anchor all the way above the upper door hinge (this is the most secure and stable point of the door and will not put force on the door and will help to prevent door from accidentally opening. Close door securely making sure the door handle lock engages.
      • Perform weight test by pulling the strap to make sure door is securely closed and that anchor is secure prior to performing any exercise.
